The Liberty Tree Tavern is an authentic recreation of a Colonial Inn with windows made by 18th century casting methods. You are invited to share in the daily harvest in Liberty Square. The fare includes such American cuisine as traditional roast turkey, freshly prepared seafood, poultry, salads, and sandwiches. My favorite by far though is the Colonial Dinner with carved meat and traditional accompaniments.
They are open for lunch only and the prices are usually between $15 and $25 per person.
